Photographic Schedule of Conditions
Outside and In can visit your new lease property and prepare a pictorial record known as a Photographic Schedule of Conditions. This can be appended to your lease document and is used for recording the condition of a commercial unit or tenanted property on a particular date on the grant of, or exit from a lease.

Whether you are a landlord wanting evidence of the decorative and repair condition of your property before you let it to a new tenant, or a tenant wishing to ensure that at the end of a lease you have fullfilled your obligations, a photographic schedule is a simple snapshot of conditions on a certain day.
It is not a substitue for a full building survey but can be an excellent record of condition for all parties.
Outside and In will take the photographs, prepare a presentation document and provide two bound colour copies of the Schedule for annexing to the lease or keeping on file.
